Resurection of a Tamiya TL01. Ready to go racing

This site has been constructed to show how to go radio control car racing with a limited budget, but with serious intent.

We start with a Tamiya TL01, not because it is competetive, but because it was there and it is tough enough to suffer at the hands of a beginner.
Primarily though, because it was there. We will see what we needed to add to the basic second hand car to go to the track and go around it.
